Town of Pepperell – The Town of Pepperell has information regarding TGP/Kinder Morgan and the upcoming Special Town Meeting vote.

Town of Ashby – Ashby has been very vocal and active in their fight against the pipeline proposal. The town has passed a non-binding resolution calling for ‘..our state and federal legislators and executive branch officials to enact legislation and take any such other actions as are necessary to disallow such projects that go against our commitments to life, the environment, our economic well-being and our bodily safety, and, instead, to legislate more stringent energy efficiency and further exploration of and subsidies for renewable energy sources.’

Groton Conservation Trust – ‘Groton Conservation Trust is a private, non-profit land trust in Groton, Massachusetts. Founded in 1964, our organization acquires, preserves and provides public access to lands with significant conservation value. During the past 50 years the Trust has become the steward of over 40 properties totaling over 1,400 acres, yet it remains an all-volunteer, single-town entity.’

Mt. Grace Land Conservation Trust – ‘Mount Grace was incorporated in June of 1986, when local citizens and land use professionals came together to discuss their common concerns. The group met informally over seven months, and talked about how they might address the rapid, unorganized development of productive farm and forestland in north central and western Massachusetts.’

Nashua River Watershed Association – ‘The mission of the Nashua River Watershed Association is to work for a healthy ecosystem with clean water and open spaces for human and wildlife communities, where people work together to sustain mutual economic and environmental well-being in the Nashua River watershed.’

North Quabbin Energy ‘North Quabbin Energy is an informal network in north-central Massachusetts that supports and facilitates communication with people and town energy committees to share ideas and projects concerned with issues relating to energy use.’

Sierra Club – MA Chapter ‘The Sierra Club is the nation’s oldest and most effective grassroots environmental organization. Here in Massachusetts, your local chapter has a 40-year legacy of protecting the environment with successful legislative, advocacy, and educational campaign.’

Delaware Riverkeeper Network – ‘Established in 1988 upon the appointment of the Delaware Riverkeeper, the Delaware Riverkeeper Network (DRN) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) membership organization. DRN’s professional staff and volunteers work throughout the entire Delaware River Watershed including portions of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and New York.’

Note: The Delaware Riverkeeper Network has been extremely active in fighting the Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company’s (“TGP”) Northeast Upgrade Project (“NEUP”)…’an interstate transmission line upgrade project, designed to allow over 600,000 dekatherms per day of natural gas to be transported in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, to be delivered to markets in the Northeast.’

Otsego 2000 – ‘Otsego 2000 is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1981 to protect the environmental, agricultural, scenic, cultural and historic resources of the Otsego Lake region and northern Otsego County.’

Stop the Pipeline Dedicated to stopping the Constitution Pipeline  – The approximately 124-mile Constitution….the 30-inch pipeline would extend from Susquehanna County, Pa., to the Iroquois Gas Transmission and Tennessee Gas Pipeline systems in Schoharie County, N.Y. The proposed project route stretches from Susquehanna County, Pa., into Broome County, N.Y., Chenango County, N.Y., Delaware County, N.Y., and terminates in Schoharie County, N.Y. (source)
